Casual Event Coordinator – Sydney

About the role

Moomoo is looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Sydney team on a casual basis. You will be the front‑line ambassador, engaging visitors, showcasing our trading platform, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, uncover investment goals, demo the Moomoo app, and collect feedback.
• Execute targeted marketing activations for events, pop‑ups, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, and venue managers to ensure on‑brand, compliant, and timely activations.
• Measure the impact of events and campaigns against sales and business‑development targets.
• Coordinate team efforts in planning and delivering events that align with business objectives.

Required profile

• Enjoy face‑to‑face storytelling and can translate finance jargon into plain English.
• Possess the drive of a sales‑closer and the poise of an event host.
• Thrive in fast‑moving environments, including weekend crowds and outdoor pop‑ups.
• Be 18+ with full Australian working rights.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail‑event or fintech is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Flexible to work rotating rosters, late‑night shopping periods, and weekend expos/trade shows.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
