Casual Enrolled & Registered Nurses - Transition Care

About the role

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is recruiting experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses for its casual team in the Transition Care Service. Shifts are available Monday to Friday at locations in Adelaide CBD and Walkerville. Transition Care supports patients as they recover, build confidence and prepare for the next stage of their care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Care for patients across a broad range of clinical presentations
• Monitor patient progress and respond confidently to changes in condition
• Contribute to individualised care planning and transition
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work closely with nursing, medical and allied health colleagues
• Share your experience and support others within the team

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
• At least two years' nursing experience
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or willingness and eligibility to obtain them
• Ability to provide evidence of required vaccinations if successful
