Casual Enrolled Nurse - St Paul's Terrace, Frankston

About the role

Benetas is recruiting experienced Enrolled Nurses (EN) to join its team on a casual basis at St Paul's Terrace in Frankston, a residential aged care home for 80 residents offering a modern apartment-style environment with bay views and a strong focus on person-centred care. The role covers AM, PM and night duty shifts, with the option to pick up additional hours across the roster.

Key responsibilities

• Apply clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of the aging process to residents
• Tailor holistic care to each resident's individual needs
• Promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of every resident
• Plan, implement and evaluate care and keep accurate, timely documentation
• Spend time with residents to connect, share stories and show empathy

Required profile

• Current Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA
• Experience building genuine connections with clients, families and team members
• Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtain it

Required skills

• Clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management and dementia/behaviour management
• Infection control
• Empathy, dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach with residents, staff and stakeholders
