Casual Enrolled Nurse - Aged Care, Croydon North

About the role

Estia Health is recruiting a casual Enrolled Nurse for its Croydon North aged care home. The role suits someone who has previously worked in an aged care home and wants to contribute to person-centred care for residents and their families. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previously worked in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
