Lifestyle Coordinator

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator for its Croydon home in Victoria. The role leads the lifestyle and volunteer team in delivering personal, social and emotional care and support to residents, and creates, implements and maintains resident lifestyle programs that match their changing needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with residents and their families
• Create programs that give residents social, emotional and spiritual fulfilment
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside the home
• Set lifestyle goals for residents and run programs to help them achieve them
• Work closely with the wider support team in the home to meet residents' needs

Required profile

• A passion for building genuine relationships and seeing residents enjoy themselves
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
• Standard driver's licence
