About the role

Estia Health Croydon North is a newly acquired home in Melbourne's leafy outer east, offering round-the-clock care in a secure, supportive setting that prioritises residents' independence and comfort. As the head of the home, you report directly to the Regional Manager and lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care and a warm, supportive environment for residents, families and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Find the best way forward for residents and people
• Run the home efficiently and safely
• Ensure revenue targets are met
• Inspire your team to perform and grow
• Build ties with the community to everyone's benefit

Required profile

• At least five years in a management role
• Background in aged or medical care
• Experience working with a number of different systems
• A strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management
