We are looking for a coffee‑loving, people‑focused specialist to join our Castle Hill boutique, working flexible casual shifts across 3‑4 days a week, including weekends and key trading times.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and share your love of coffee.
• Create meaningful connections through great service and product knowledge.
• Support the team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Confidently operate POS systems and digital tools for seamless service.
• Maintain a tidy boutique, keep shelves stocked and uphold safety standards.
