Casual Bartender

About the role

Topgolf Gold Coast is hiring a casual bartender to welcome players, serve food and drinks and make each visit memorable. The role suits someone who knows their craft and enjoys connecting with people, whether guests are celebrating a special event or dropping in to play.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable way
• Offer food and beverages from the bar
• Observe the rules of responsible service of alcohol to protect guests and the community
• Keep the bar stocked and looking great
• Create moments that matter through excellent guest service
• Prepare and serve drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards
• Suggest premium menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales

Required profile

• Previous bartending experience
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods, moving up and down stairs

Required skills

• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in extreme weather for extended periods
