Case Officer – Medical Information Exchange (Hybrid)

About the role

Join the MedHealth case management team to facilitate the secure exchange of health and medical information between clients, healthcare providers, and our platform. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting customers who have suffered personal injuries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client cases, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Liaise with specialists, medical clinics and GP practices to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.
• Record accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform.
• Maintain relationships between clients and Unified Healthcare Group.
• Perform data entry and ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectively.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Technology‑savvy with a comfort for using online platforms.
