About the role
AVHAUS is hiring two apprentice carpenters in Narre Warren South, Victoria. The positions suit recent school leavers and offer the chance to join a busy crew and learn from qualified tradespeople in a supportive environment. The company covers all aspects of carpentry, from framing, lock-up and fix to external cladding and decking.
Required profile
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Reliable and punctual
- Very keen to learn, with commitment and enthusiasm for carpentry
- Able to get to and from work independently
- Eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship: Australian citizen, permanent resident or holder of full working rights
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Preferred but not essential: driver's licence and own car, white card, completed pre-apprenticeship, own tools
