Carl's Jr. Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Agostino Group, a 100% South Australian owned company with its head office in Adelaide, owns and operates AMPM petrol and convenience stores and several quick-service restaurants including Carl's Jr. and Subway. Its QSR Trading division is hiring Shift Supervisors for Carl's Jr. locations in the northern region of Adelaide. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the supervisor supports and oversees the overall operation of the restaurant, aiming to deliver fast, friendly and profitable guest service in a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Train staff and supervise them
• Direct staff and make decisions during shifts on employee matters and rostering needs
• Drive company programs and policies to engage and support co-workers and direct reports
• Operate the cash register and prepare food

Required profile

• Ideally experience in the QSR, hospitality or retail industries
• Previous experience in staff management or leadership roles
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated conflict resolution ability
• Ability to delegate effectively and manage competing tasks
• Natural leader who can think on their feet
