Bupa Aged Care is recruiting a Carer for its modern care home in Mildura, Victoria, which sits near the lakes and the Murray River and has 100 beds across various care units. The home focuses on the health, lifestyle and well-being of its residents, and Carers are encouraged to contribute to improvements that help residents live longer, healthier and happier lives.

Required profile

• Minimum Certificate III qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
• A passion and energy for world-class care.
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
