About the role

Bupa Merrimac is a care home in the Gold Coast area, close to schools and shopping centres, with 98 beds across dementia, respite and palliative care units. As a Carer, you will help residents live longer, healthier and happier lives, contributing to improvements that support high-quality outcomes. The position is part-time.

Required profile

• Minimum Certificate III qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
• A passion and energy for world-class care
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
