Car Wash Supervisor (Full‑Time)

About the role

Lead a small team of Vehicle Service Agents at Cairns Airport, ensuring vehicles are cleaned to a high standard and ready for customers in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a small team to meet cleaning standards and provide coaching as needed.
• Liaise with Duty Managers to organise fleet, staff and shift requirements.
• Conduct regular checks, monitor vehicle check‑in volumes and rental bay levels.
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles according to quality standards.
• Support the efficient running of the wash bay and fleet management onsite.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns and requests in a friendly manner.

Required profile

• Hold a full and valid driver’s licence, capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles of various sizes.
• Some experience leading small teams.
• Enjoy working in a team environment while being self‑directed.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional product to customers.
• Value quality workmanship and take pride in each vehicle.
• Demonstrate initiative by continually seeking the next task.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn administrative tasks.

Required skills
