Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face or video interviews, take references and post job adverts.
• Generate market leads, attend job pick‑up meetings with client‑facing colleagues, and provide consultative advice to candidates.
• Collaborate with consultants to match candidates with client requirements.
