Join Robert Half's thriving Brisbane office as a Talent Solutions Consultant. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding both candidates and clients through the full hiring experience to match the right talent with the right opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Grow your network and develop new and existing business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a talent pool pipeline focused on key candidates.
• Conduct all stages of recruitment, from pre‑qualification and screening to technical and cultural evaluation.
• Analyse market trends and share insights with clients.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver high‑quality candidates to clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build stakeholder relationships.
