Buyer's Agent – Newcastle

About the role

Join Aussie’s fast‑growing Buyer’s Agency as a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in a Newcastle store. You will work closely with mortgage brokers and in‑store teams to turn finance‑approved customers into successful property purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Engage finance‑ready clients to understand their property needs and source suitable properties from on‑market, pre‑market and off‑market channels.
• Conduct due diligence, property research and lead negotiations, managing the buying process from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, brokers and clients to earn trust and repeat business.
• Run buyer strategy sessions, tailor property briefs and partner with brokers to align on client goals and timing.

Required profile

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent) with a proven track record of 20+ residential transactions.
• Established networks for sourcing off‑market and pre‑market opportunities and strong knowledge of the local market and buyer psychology.
• Ethical, driven and passionate about helping buyers win, with excellent negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Real Estate License (Class 1/Full).
• Negotiation and deal‑closing expertise.
