Business Support Advisor

About the role

The Business Support Advisor will support end‑to‑end strategic projects across HammondCare residential aged‑care sites, helping shape the future of residential care through transformation, technology, innovation and best‑practice dementia care.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning, execution and closure of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, stakeholder engagement and outcomes are achieved.
• Design and trial new models, workflows and technologies in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation, guiding change adoption across the organisation.
• Translate requirements into future‑state workflows and redesigned processes to improve efficiency and sustainability.

Required profile

• Commitment to HammondCare’s Christian mission and values.
• Experience coordinating or supporting projects in health, aged care, hospitality or service environments.
• Proven administrative, customer service or compliance experience, preferably in health or aged‑care settings.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with empathy and a service‑focused mindset.
