Projects and Partnerships Specialist

About the role

The Projects and Partnerships Specialist is central to the Hammond Foundation, driving the delivery of funded projects and cultivating strategic partnerships with trusts, foundations, corporates and other philanthropic stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Foundation’s project portfolio from ideation through design, funding and impact reporting.
• Develop, grow and steward strategic partnerships across trusts, foundations, corporate partners and key philanthropic stakeholders.
• Produce supporter‑facing project documentation, reports and impact statements.
• Design and improve systems, processes and capability frameworks to support project and partnership delivery.

Required profile

• Commitment to HammondCare’s Christian mission and values.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business, Project Management, Communications, Health, Social Sciences).
• Demonstrated experience in partnership development, fundraising or stakeholder engagement, preferably with trusts and foundations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and funding processes in a complex environment.

Required skills

• Strong written communication, especially proposal and report development.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
