Business Strategy Director

About the role

We are looking for experienced Business Strategy Directors to provide strategic leadership across the Compliance and Engagement Group (CEG) and Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST). You will translate organisational priorities into measurable outcomes and guide senior executives through data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve business strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define strategic direction, set performance measures and deliver evidence‑based insights.
• Lead complex, cross‑domain initiatives ensuring alignment between strategy, execution and client outcomes.
• Drive organisational change through purposeful engagement, data storytelling and improving data literacy.
• Translate business requirements into tangible data and analytics deliverables linked to measurable outcomes.
• Identify strategic intervention opportunities and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and technical domains.
• Lead, develop and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior strategy roles within complex business environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and influence senior leadership.
