About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Partner, People & Culture for the ANZ region. Based in a hybrid setting across Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that drive performance, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, establishing trusted client networks.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management and organisational development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and manage people‑related risk.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing workplace culture.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Management Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a generalist People & Culture/HR role, preferably within professional services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted internal client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
