Business Intelligence Data Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Data Analyst will deliver high‑quality, actionable insights for the Roadside business, turning complex data into clear analysis, reports and dashboards that support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver recurring operational and performance reporting using governed data sources.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and visualisations in BI tools, ensuring clarity and usability.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analyses and deliver ad‑hoc insights.
• Maintain data documentation, monitor data quality and support incident triage.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in BI, analytics or data analysis.
• Strong SQL capability across complex datasets.
• Proven ability to design intuitive dashboards for varied audiences.
• Excellent communication skills to explain insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• SQL
• BI platforms (dashboard creation)
• Python or R (experience mentioned as desirable)
• Power Query/M
• Agile/sprint‑based delivery experience
