Business Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to join our Project Management Office, supporting strategic projects across NRMA Membership and Roadside. You will lead cross‑functional teams through the full delivery lifecycle, applying both Agile and Waterfall methods as appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional projects from scoping to post‑implementation review.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stage‑gate activities.
• Partner with change leaders to deliver change management, communication, training and business readiness.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate development, testing and release activities with Technology.
• Prepare status, budget and variance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support business analysis, testing and training activities.
• Ensure projects meet investment, data, risk, procurement and financial governance requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Project management certification (PRINCE2 Foundation highly regarded).
• Experience leading complex projects and programs of work.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to coach and support junior project managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project 365, PowerPoint, Excel and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• PRINCE2 certification.
