Business Development Manager – Western Sydney

About the role

This position operates on a hybrid model, with the primary office in North Sydney. Candidates located near the Western Sydney Airport precinct may attend the office only once per month, subject to business needs and location assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships to position Corporate Traveller as a preferred partner.
• Understand client travel needs, present innovative tools and support, and demonstrate how solutions save time, reduce costs, and drive growth.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, introducing them to dedicated travel teams for ongoing support.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Development or B2B sales role, preferably within travel or tourism.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven professional with a passion for achieving sales KPIs.
• Strong networking, lead generation, communication and presentation abilities.
