Business Development Manager – Travel Solutions

About the role

Flight Centre Business Travel is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new corporate client acquisition across Australia. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring clients receive seamless travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential corporate clients through outbound cold‑calling and multi‑channel lead generation.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand travel needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
• Guide new clients through onboarding, linking them with dedicated travel teams.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, prospecting and cold calling.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
