Business Development Manager – Restaurants (Brisbane)

About the role

EatClub is looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow its restaurant partner portfolio in Brisbane and surrounding Queensland areas. You will work independently, meeting venue owners face‑to‑face, introducing the platform and closing commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new restaurant partners through walk‑ins, cold calls and scheduled meetings.
• Deliver clear product pitches that demonstrate how EatClub drives revenue for venues.
• Build and manage a high‑volume pipeline, negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
• Onboard newly signed venues and support them through their first campaigns.
• Track pipeline activity, maintain accurate CRM records and hit 15+ outbound activities daily.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a high‑volume, target‑driven sales role with measurable results.
• Comfortable with high outbound activity, including cold outreach and in‑person conversations.
• Experience managing a pipeline and progressing deals independently.
• Resilient in high‑rejection environments and able to articulate KPI attainment, conversion rate and average deal cycle.

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time, territory and pipeline with structure.
