Business Development Manager - Remote (Trading Card Games)

About the role

A remote Business Development Manager is sought to expand commercial activity across the trading card game (TCG) sector. The role centres on growth opportunities, business relationships and digital markets, with full-time flexible working arrangements within Australia. Remuneration is AUD 110,000 to 135,000 per year plus superannuation.

Key responsibilities

• Build connections with potential business partners, retailers and distributors.
• Evaluate new commercial opportunities and market segments.
• Support partnership negotiations and business expansion initiatives.
• Analyse customer demand, market developments and industry competition.
• Develop strategies to strengthen market presence and long-term relationships.
• Track business development activities and report on progress.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales management, partnerships or account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, commercial judgement and independent work.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and online business environments.
• Knowledge of Pokémon, collectible card games or the wider TCG ecosystem is advantageous but not essential.
• Applicants must live in Australia; those outside Australia will not be considered.
