Business Development Manager - QLD

About the role

Bridgit is a non-bank lender helping Australians access property equity through a digital application, fast approvals and flexible loan options. As a Business Development Manager in Queensland, you will drive new business opportunities and grow the company's network of mortgage brokers, building long-term partnerships and advising brokers on loan structures.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mortgage brokers and collaborate with aggregator partners
• Advise brokers on loan scenarios and lending structures, and represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator functions
• Achieve settlement volume targets and agreed KPIs while delivering excellent customer service
• Track and report on sales performance, and partner with internal teams to improve the broker experience

Required profile

• Demonstrated background in residential mortgage lending and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria and lending structures
• Relationship-first mindset, strong verbal and written communication, and confidence in group presentations
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Current non-restrictive Australian driver's licence
