Business Development Manager - MSP Sales

About the role

All IT Services, a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) owned by Lyra Technology Group, is looking for a Business Development Manager based in the Northern Beaches. Working closely with the Head of Client Relationships and the CEO, you will generate new business, build relationships with SMB clients and convert prospects into long-term managed services customers. The role offers autonomy and support from an experienced leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events and vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Run discovery meetings and identify client needs.
• Present solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Win new managed services agreements and support a smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Represent the business at industry events, networking functions and client engagements.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting and pipeline data in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Proactive, self-motivated and driven by results, goals and uncapped earning potential.
• Enjoys prospecting, networking and building genuine business relationships.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with business decision-makers.
• Highly organised, resilient, coachable and eager to develop their sales career.
• Technology services, MSP or broader B2B sales experience.

Required skills

• Pipeline and CRM management (HubSpot).
• Proposal preparation and negotiation.
