Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth for a global adhesives and industrial machinery manufacturer by winning new business and nurturing existing key customers across NSW.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue and profitability across existing customer accounts.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Develop sales pipelines, forecasts and strategies to increase market share.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ sales experience in adhesives, packaging machinery, industrial automation or capital equipment.
• Proven success in new business development and account management.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self‑motivated, commercially focused and comfortable working autonomously.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
