Business Development Manager - Healthcare Technology

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Queensland.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within healthcare settings.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with clinicians, department managers, procurement teams and senior decision makers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Grow existing customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven success in business development, account management or B2B sales, ideally in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling into complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable managing an autonomous territory.
• Willingness to travel throughout Queensland.
