Business Development Manager - Healthcare Fitouts & Construction

About the role

A leading healthcare Design and Construct specialist with 20+ years in the industry and 100+ medical, dental and allied health fitouts completed is looking for a Business Development Manager in Norwest, Sydney. The role builds and manages long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth, focusing on repeat business rather than pure sales. It is a hybrid position with 3-4 days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach and industry events
• Support clients from first contact through to end-of-project debrief
• Develop partnerships with suppliers, financial institutions and industry stakeholders
• Build long-term relationships with practitioners, practice owners and healthcare groups
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand market presence

Required profile

• 3-5+ years in business development, sales or account management, ideally in healthcare fit-outs or construction
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and achieving targets
• Valid Australian driver's licence, own vehicle and ability to travel
• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare facility compliance and fitout processes

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM, sales reporting and digital marketing tools

What we offer

• Pay of $100K-$120K per year plus superannuation and uncapped commission
