Business Development Executive – Rockhampton

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will be the face of our brand across the Capricorn Coast and Rockhampton, ensuring our products are visible, available and delivering great customer experiences. This fast‑paced field sales position involves daily travel, relationship building and uncovering new growth opportunities within your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support product availability and promotional initiatives.
• Produce regular reports on sales performance, pipeline and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales and service delivery.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Excellent communicator able to build and sustain effective relationships.
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
