Business Development Executive – Environmental & Property Tech

About the role

This newly created Business Development Executive position sits at the intersection of property, environmental risk, geospatial intelligence and technology. You will work with law firms, conveyancers and property professionals to help them understand environmental and planning considerations linked to land and property.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across legal, property and professional services sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive product adoption.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities through CRM systems and keep accurate sales activity records.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions and client presentations.
• Educate clients on environmental, planning, compliance and due‑diligence solutions and support onboarding.
• Attend industry events, webinars and conferences and provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, both virtual and in‑person.
• Interest in property, planning, environmental risk and compliance.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with strong organisational abilities.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
