Business Development Executive – Broome

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will ensure our products are visible, available and deliver great experiences for customers across Broome. You will travel daily across the territory, uncover new opportunities, strengthen partnerships and drive growth. The role also requires occasional overnight travel to Fitzroy Crossing and Looma Community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide market insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success.
• Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales, service and high‑quality execution.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong communicator able to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
• Problem‑solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
• Resilient, energetic and able to thrive through change.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or convenience sectors is an advantage (not essential).
