Business Development Executive – Alice Springs

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will ensure our products are visible, available and deliver great customer experiences. You will uncover new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships and drive growth across the Alice Springs territory, with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers
• Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide insights and sharpen market decisions
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success
• Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales, service and high‑quality execution
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Strong communicator able to build and maintain effective relationships
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work
• Problem‑solver who turns challenges into opportunities
• Resilient, energetic and able to thrive through change
• FMCG, retail or convenience experience is an advantage (not essential)
