About the role

Ebury, a fast-growing fintech delivering business accounts, hedging and financing on a single platform, is recruiting a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate in its Sydney team. The role suits recent graduates and offers expert training, supportive mentorship and a clear path to becoming a top salesperson in FX and global payments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business by connecting with decision-makers across industries and introducing them to international payment and FX solutions
• Research prospects, understand their needs and tailor your approach
• Present, negotiate and close deals; your performance directly impacts earnings and career progression
• Collaborate with internal teams so new clients have a smooth onboarding experience

Required profile

• Recent graduate who is enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Desire or experience in B2B sales or a client-facing environment
• Willingness to perform high-volume cold calling daily
• No prior FX experience needed; training covers the basics
• Business fluency in written and spoken English
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and drive to hit ambitious targets
