Business Banking Manager – AGRI (Adelaide)

About the role

Join ANZ’s Business & Private Bank as a Business Banking Manager in the AGRI Relationship Team, based in Adelaide. You will manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural small‑business customers, delivering tailored banking solutions that support their growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and structured outbound leads, providing high‑quality service to a diverse range of AGRI customers.
• Retain and grow existing customer relationships through cross‑selling, referrals and proactive engagement.
• Understand customer ambitions and recommend solutions that drive business development.
• Collaborate with enablement teams and maintain deep knowledge of ANZ’s product suite.
• Meet performance targets across the balanced scorecard and contribute to a high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Experience in banking or finance is advantageous.
• Strong relationship‑management skills to build and influence mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Portfolio‑management capability to prioritise and deliver on strategic objectives.
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and structure appropriate credit solutions.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable business insights.
