Business Banking Manager – Adelaide

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Business Banking Manager for its Business & Private Bank in Adelaide. You will manage and grow a portfolio of small‑business customers, delivering tailored financial solutions and supporting their growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and structured outbound leads, providing high‑quality service to a diverse client base.
• Retain and grow existing customers by understanding their ambitions and recommending appropriate ANZ products.
• Collaborate with enablement teams and maintain deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite.
• Meet performance targets across the balanced scorecard and contribute to a high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Experience in banking or finance is an advantage.
• Strong relationship‑management and portfolio‑management capabilities.
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and manage credit risk in line with internal policies.
• Analytical mindset for data collection, profiling and insight generation.
