About the role
Bailey Abbott is seeking a Consulting Business Analyst to work with a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients. In this role you will analyse business processes, capture requirements and help shape strategic solutions that drive operational improvement and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of business processes, systems and workflows to identify improvement areas.
- Elicit, document and analyse complex requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, including validation, verification and traceability.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and focus groups to gather critical information.
- Work with technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Identify and propose innovative enhancements to business processes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven track record in consulting roles or a strong aspiration to work in consultancy.
