Building Supervisor & Estimator

About the role

Multhana is seeking a full‑time Building Supervisor / Estimator to lead on‑site building and maintenance activities across its Brisbane operations. You will coordinate trades, schedule works and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day building and maintenance tasks, coordinating trades and scheduling works.
• Conduct site inspections, assess building conditions and prepare detailed scopes of work.
• Produce accurate cost estimates and quotations for repairs, refurbishments and minor construction projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience with team coordination and on‑site leadership in a building or facilities environment.
• Practical trade background, preferably carpentry, with hands‑on experience in repairs, refurbishments and minor construction.
• Experience in building maintenance and facility management, including preventative and reactive works.
• Proven ability to estimate, quote and budget construction and maintenance projects.
• Understanding of WHS, quality and environmental standards relevant to the sector.
• Competent with basic digital tools such as email, spreadsheets and job‑management/FM software.
• Relevant trade qualification and/or Certificate/Diploma in Building, Construction Management or related field.
