About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Facilities/Building Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and building operations for its new student accommodation community in Canberra. The site is a 720‑bed, purpose‑built development completed in 2023, delivering a defect‑free, high‑quality living environment with onsite parking for staff and residents.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance and building operations for the Canberra student accommodation community.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Facilities or Building Maintenance Manager in residential or student housing environments.
- Ability to manage a brand‑new, defect‑free building and ensure its ongoing performance.
