Broker Relationship Manager – Professional Services

About the role

As a Broker Relationship Manager within Macquarie's Business Banking team, you will manage key client relationships and drive new client acquisitions for small to medium enterprises in the Professional Services sector. You will tailor banking solutions to support growth‑oriented business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective professional services clients.
• Analyse complex business structures, financial data and cash‑flow to determine lending capacity.
• Structure and negotiate deals to meet client needs while delivering results.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager or Analyst in Business Banking.
• Proven track record of delivering results and strong deal‑structuring abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Ability to understand complex business structures and perform cash‑flow analysis.
• Strong analytical skills for financial data assessment.
