About the role
Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, a 5-star luxury hotel in the city centre, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join its No35 breakfast team. The team delivers exceptional service in a busy, quality restaurant with views of the city, welcoming guests warmly and seeing them off fondly.
Key responsibilities
- Join the busy breakfast team and deliver a warm welcome and a fond farewell to guests.
- Ensure the No35 dining experience is memorable for guests.
- Be knowledgeable and passionate about food and beverage, taking guests on a culinary journey.
Required profile
- Victorian Registered Sommelier (RS) qualification.
- At least 12 months of experience in a busy, quality restaurant.
- Previous hotel experience desirable.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Great communication skills.
Required skills
- Barista skills are desirable.
