About the role

Join the Food and Beverage team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery as a Breakfast Attendant. You will create warm, memorable mornings for guests in a five‑star luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive service that meets five‑star standards, welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables.
• Support barista and kitchen teams by preparing high‑quality coffee, buffet items and à la carte breakfast dishes.
• Maintain a fresh, clean, and visually appealing buffet presentation throughout service.
• Engage with guests, learn names and preferences, and personalise interactions.
• Assist with setup and pack‑down of the breakfast area while upholding hygiene standards.
• Suggest and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Current RSA Certificate.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Availability for early morning shifts (as early as 5:30 am), including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests.
• Team player thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in high standards of presentation and service.
• Reliability and consistency to ensure guests receive the same high‑quality experience each morning.

Required skills

• RSA certification.
