Strategic Account Manager – APAC/Oceania

About the role

As a Strategic Account Manager on Cloudbeds' APAC‑Oceania team, you will be the trusted partner for the region's largest and most complex hotel customers, helping them maximise the value of the Cloudbeds platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a focused portfolio of high‑value hotel properties across Asia‑Pacific, building deep, trust‑based relationships through regular touchpoints, strategic business reviews and on‑site visits.
• Drive net dollar retention by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities, implementing proactive churn‑reduction strategies, and guiding customers on revenue, operations and commercial performance.
• Handle complex customer escalations and collaborate cross‑functionally with Support, Sales and Product teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Analyse usage data and customer feedback to surface adoption opportunities and influence product roadmap.

Required profile

• 7+ years of senior operational or commercial experience in the hospitality industry within Oceania (e.g., Revenue Manager, Director of Revenue, General Manager).
• Deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, distribution, pricing, budgeting and PMS/ RMS systems.
• Proven ability to build executive‑level relationships and influence stakeholders across hotel organisations.
• Track record of managing high‑value customer portfolios with strong organisational and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS hospitality technology platforms (PMS, RMS, channel managers).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/account‑management tools.
