Brand Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Brand Marketing Associate to support the Meal Kits ANZ team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand & Communications, you will work closely with Brand Management, Product and Growth teams to execute consumer go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of GTM tactics including partnerships, sponsorships, ATL campaigns and the product marketing calendar.
• Develop on‑brand copy for emails, ads, landing pages, flyers and CRM communications.
• Manage the CRM program, creating content and delivering campaigns via Iterable or a comparable platform.
• Coordinate the merchandising calendar and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Produce organic social content and assist with live‑event activation, influencer shipments, and prize logistics.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting ability across multiple channels and formats.
• Solid project‑management skills with the capacity to juggle several workstreams.
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with designers.
• Experience in brand or digital marketing within a fast‑paced consumer environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Iterable or a comparable CRM platform.
• Familiarity with Jira for workflow coordination.
