Brand Manager – Marketing Leadership Role

About the role

Join Kraft Heinz as a Brand Manager and drive the growth of our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This permanent, hybrid position offers a blend of office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new product development from idea generation through business planning, P&L management, go‑to‑market execution and post‑launch audits.
• Collaborate with senior brand and category teams to shape one‑year and three‑year strategic plans.
• Manage packaging renovation projects from briefing through validation and change‑over.
• Design and execute above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line campaigns, including media, POS and consumer promotions.
• Partner with agencies to develop creative assets and monitor campaign performance.
• Analyse brand performance, generate consumer insights using research tools and reporting.
• Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly A&P spend management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG brand marketing.
• Strong project‑management skills on NPD, renovation and advertising initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making (experience with IRI or Nielsen preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
