Brand & Community Manager

About the role

Cadmus is looking for a Brand & Community Manager to bring its story to life across events, content, and digital channels. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of an events programme, produce high‑impact content for higher‑education leaders, and grow a vibrant community that amplifies Cadmus’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and run conferences, roundtables and webinars that position Cadmus with the right audience.
• Develop and maintain a content engine that delivers useful, credible and well‑crafted pieces for senior education stakeholders.
• Grow Cadmus’s social and digital presence, ensuring it reflects the company’s quality and attracts engaged followers.
• Measure marketing outcomes by linking events, content and community activity to reach, engagement and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate closely with the CRO and commercial team to translate brand reputation into business opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a broad marketing, brand or community role covering events, content and social media, preferably in B2B, EdTech or a professional‑buyer market.
• Strong writing ability with a focus on credibility for an intelligent, skeptical audience.
• Highly organised, self‑directed and capable of owning programmes from concept to delivery.
• Passion for higher education and an understanding of its key players, events and communities.
