Branch Member Consultant

About the role

As a Branch Member Consultant you will be the face of Australia’s largest not‑for‑profit health fund, helping members make informed health‑cover decisions. This full‑time position is based in our flagship branch on George St, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face and telephone needs‑based selling of health, life and other insurance products.
• Identify and develop business opportunities within the local community and beyond the branch.
• Resolve member enquiries and problems, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Maintain accurate membership records in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong desire to make a positive impact on members’ lives.
• Proven experience in needs‑based selling and customer‑service environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and use complex computer systems.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable and comfortable with evolving work practices.
